Welcome to the

Barn Dance -in a real barn
at Bentham Farm

Saturday 23rd June 2007

In spite of some rain earlier in the day it was a dry, slightly chilly evening
in a big open barn.
We watched a watery sun set in the West.
"Gates" opened at 7.30 pm and the dancing started right away
with the "Bentham Square," and continued with other favourites
like the "Purton Bridge" for the rest of the evening with just a break to eat
our rolls and nibbles. Between 70 - 80 people were there

including young children enjoying an adult(?) night out.
Music was by the BEES KNEES (guitar, banjo, squeeze box ..) and CALLER.
They were great.

Rolls and nibbles were available
